We constantly introduce new machines, technically improved procedures and technological innovations guaranteeing faster, more precise production of higher quality.
We are proud of our new production line of croissants and baguettes. The bakeries have got numerous cooling systems, the chambers for delayed fermentation, numerous silos that keep the supplies of the Croatian raw material of the highest quality. The products are baked in the most modern and high-quality ovens, and our stockrooms meet the high criteria of quality preservation.
